I can show the space via Zoom/Facetime/WhatsApp as I am ideally looking for someone traveling from out of town.

I require a $250 security deposit to hold the space. The full amount is due upon move in, and a $150 cleaning fee.
The deposit will be returned after you leave, and the cleaning fee will be returned if you leave the apartment as clean as you found it!
I also have a sublease agreement for you to sign.
