This apartment is a gem! It has an amazing view of people Bird Lake and a HUGE walk out patio. The natural light is gorgeous and each room has massive windows. This apartment building is extremely walkable and Auditorium Shores is just a walk away. The building is built with quality materials and is virtually sound proof. The amenities floor is gorgeous. It has a large (very clean) gym, a outdoor pool and brand new grills. I have used the office center to hold company meets which is free of charge. We are moving for opportunity otherwise we would stay here forever.
