This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from falls, misuse of furniture or equipment, weather-related hazards (such as ice or slippery surfaces), or any other unforeseen circumstances.
By utilizing the private outdoor space, you acknowledge and agree that the homeowner shall not be held liable for any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the outdoor space.
Please exercise caution and ensure the safe use of the outdoor area at all times.
