Nicely sized studio with lots of natural light. Full sized kitchen and in building laundry. Water is included in the rent, the only other utilities are wifi and electricity which rarely exceed $100. Has two closets for storage so the space feels bigger than it is! Ive really grown to love this apartment but zi have to take care of some health related issues so Im looking for a good candidate to sublet the space.
