Hi everyone!
I am looking for female to sublet my private room in a spacious apartment for May 17th (flexible) to July 31. Rent is $1350 (Option to renew for 2025-2026 still open!!). You would have the bedroom with a detached bathroom. Location is ideal for either students or post grads, and is a short walk to the capitol. We also have an awesome balcony and in unit laundry! My current roommate is a 29F nurse who is very clean, friendly and quiet. Management is very attentive and helpful.
