This is ideal for a summer visitor or student who hasnt landed their housing for the school year yet.

The bedroom comes with a futon and closet space. House is mostly furnished (I will be taking some things when I move out). House has an enclosed backyard with trees, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an epic rooftop balcony, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room, dining room, and bike storage options. Its a fantastic neighbourhood close to all amenities, restaurants and stores. Subway is a five minute walk away. $1500 rent includes all utilities, onsite laundry along with unlimited wifi. There are 3 other people in their early - mid 30s sharing the home. Everyone is respectful and quiet. Smoking is permitted outside only. If youd like to get to know more, please email .
