I am subleasing my room in an apartment in Palms while I am travelling over the summer! I am looking for someone to sublease for the months of July and August but am very flexible on the end date and somewhat flexible on the start date. The apartment is quite spacious, has a nice living room with lots of natural light and is located a short walk from a Trader Joes, CVS, several shops and restaurants and Mar Vista Recreation center which has a large park, roller skating rink, sports fields and a pool in the summer. The apartment is fully furnished and Im happy to leave any of my furniture in the room or move it out if youd prefer to have your own furniture. There is ample public transit access (the CC 6 bus stops right in front of the apartment and goes straight to UCLA, and is just a few minutes from a Metro E Line station) and nearby street parking is generally easy to find. You would be living with my roommate Ethan who works nearby as a graphic designer. Ethan is a lovely roommate who is easygoing and one of the most creative people I know. We both like to cook, play board games, get outside and explore Los Angeles. If you want to hang out with our community, Im sure there will be ample opportunity, but if you prefer to keep to yourself that is completely fine too. We occasionally host a few friends for dinner or a movie but dont have large gatherings at our apartment. We welcome roommates of any gender identity and/or sexuality.
