Were moving out of our beloved, unique apartment, but we still have two months left on the lease as of June 1st. We can arrange a sublet for those two months, or a full-year rental, if youre interested.

Located in a converted church, the space has approximately 25-foot ceilings, tall arched windows and some interesting architectural elements like faux-ionic columns.

There are 2 bedrooms, one in the loft area and one on the lower floor, each with a full bathroom (one of which has a bathtub, the other a shower). Its a great space for .

The kitchen is very efficient, with an electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher and quality refrigerator.

There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

There is an additional private storage room in the basement, one for each apartment. Theres also a small gym for residents.

Pets are accepted with a small fee to the rental company.

A parking space is available for a fee, but we find plenty of street parking, day or night.

The building is close to downtown New Haven. The Yale Shuttle Blue line stops right across the street. Its a quick walk to anywhere in East Rock.

We love it. As you can see from the photos, it may not be to everyones taste. But it may be to yours!
