Hello! I am looking for somebody to pick up the remainder of this lease (ends in October with an option to renew) as Ive taken out of state. The unit is on the 10th floor, has in unit laundry, a full kitchen and dishwasher, and a full bathroom with a tub. A little about the building, there are many amenities including rooftop lounge area, gym, parking, office spaces, and a small movie theatre.
