Hello! Im a UofM student who has been living in this house for the past year. Im looking to sublease my current room from anytime after May 9th to August 8th, 2025 (which is when the lease ends). The room is located on the second floor of the house, with hardwood flooring, a closet, an attached bathroom, and a kitchenette. The unit is located a short 5-minute walk from State Street, is close to the public library, Pita Way, NYPD, and the bus terminal.
