I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease at Rendezvous apartments in Edmond, about 5 mins from UCO campus! Each tenant in the unit is on their own lease, which includes your own bedroom, bathroom and shared common areas. The units are 4 bed 4 bath! My rent is $549 plus electric which is split between all roommates! All appliances are included as well as in unit washer and dryer. This is great for a student wanting to live close to the college, but not wanting a dorm! I am also willing to pay whoever takes my lease $200 to put towards their first rent! I would ideally like to move out as soon as possible and the latest being July 1st! (pictures are not my room, just the show unit!) these units are not just for students, anyone can rent them!
