-Rent my room in NEW Building near UTK available from May 23 to July 31.

-Private room, own bathroom, 2 other bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms but my current roommates will not be there most of the weeks so you will have a lot of the place by yourself.
-Market price is approx $1600 plus I pay parking and utilities, but lets chat about the amount you pay which will be significantly less.
-The building will allow you to sublet and allow me to pay some separately.
