Hello! I am looking to sublease my apartment at the Quarters starting in July 2025 until July 2026. The rent is $399.00 per bedroom for a 4-bedroom floor plan with the lease ending July 31st, 2025 and $539.00 per bedroom for a 2-bedroom floor plan with the lease ending July 31st, 2026. You dont have to stay in my unit, which is a four bedroom, but are welcome to if you choose. I am happy to give tours if necessary and am open to lease discounts for potential sublets.
