Good day my friend, my husband and I are renting out my entire family home where I grew up from childhood to responsiblehood to a good safe nice clean respectful pleasant family/tenant who wont have a problem getting a few bits of repair work done on the place, whether its to live at the property themselves or to rent/sublet the property out professionally to other good safe nice clean respectful pleasant tenant(s), and tenants can feel free to upgrade and renovate the place as they see fit, so long as everything looks good in the end and doesnt cause any problems. My husband and I will be living off property together, as I will be moving out of this property to go live with him as soon as this entire property is properly fully rented out to new actual rental tenants, if not sooner. Theres plenty of food in the kitchen cupboards/pantry and puppy pet supplies in the art room/library (small twin bedroom), theres also a baby grand piano in the den, an electric organ in the living room, a billiards pool table in the porch and a BBQ pit on the patio, all free for our welcomed paying rental tenants to gently and respectfully use at their leisure. Im removing my and my familys storage from every room and relocating it out of the house, to make room for rental tenants and their storage needs. All rental tenants can always text me or my husband if you have a question or need help with something after Im gone.
