Subletting out fully furnished 1-Bedroom in San Francisco (05/08 - )
Hi! I am subletting out my fully furnished and spacious 1 Bedroom in a beautiful house, which is also fully furnished and recently renovated, located in Pacific Heights, San Francisco from 05/08. It is in a great location that is walking distance to lovely parks (Lafayette Park, Alta Plaza Park), grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway, Trader Joes) and cool places like Fillmore, Japantown and the Marina. It is also a great commute to FiDi/Downtown, if you work in that area. The monthly rent will be $1400 + utilities (around $100 including WiFi). The end date is quite flexible and I am open to making this a more long-term deal if you are interested in that. Parking is available but will cost extra (around $100/month). Sadly no pets allowed. Sorry!
