Me and my roommate are looking to move out and get our lease taken over for the summer 2025 and our renewal lease 2025-2026. 2 bed 2 bath private rooms. My June/July is already paid for so only utilities (80) for the summer. Other roommate would have rent and utilities (about 700+80 fixed rate utilities).
