Hey! Im looking to rent out my room at Theory Interlock, centrally located in midtown/downtown Atlanta. My lease is until the end of July and can be extended. Also, willing to cover Mays rent so youd only have to pay June and July and the $500 move in fee. The room is $1,399 a month and the apartment has 2 roommates. Georgia Tech campus is a 3-4 minute walk, Chick Fil A, Cookout and Waffle House all 2 minute walks and a 5 Guys and Starbucks are attached.
