Im looking for someone to take over my lease! Im only asking for $600 /month total (including utilities and fees) since I am looking to find someone quickly. I will cover the rest of the rent. I live at University Gardens Apartments (https://www.u-gardens.com/) with two very nice roommates! I share a room with one roommate. This apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the U of U. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and TV. The area is fully furnished, and there is a hot tub and grill available for use. The apartment is available now. You can move in within a few days of messaging me. The lease ends July 31st, and you could potentially renew the lease for another year. I have loved living here, but I am moving to another state for the summer.
