This is a 3rd floor walk-up in a classic pre-war building. Im the primary renter, so no broker fee or dealing with agents. Ive put a lot of care into this place and am coming back after the summer, so Im looking for a household of 1- who will take good care of the place while they enjoy it.

The unit has two desks and reliable Fios wifi that works well for the Google speakers throughout the home, streaming services on the TV, and working from home.

No laundry in the building, but there is a laundromat 1 block away that provides drop-off wash and fold service for a reasonable price.
