Hi there! Im relocating and need someone to take over my beautiful 19th-floor studio at Presidential Towers.
About the apartment:

Plenty of storage space (seriously, it fits all my stuff!)
Clean and well-maintained - Im a neat person
Move in mid-May and stay until August 1st (or longer if you need)
BONUS: Ill cover May rent if you move in mid-May!
Monthly rent: $1,770 (about $1,850 with internet and electricity)

Resident lounge where I often work remotely
BBQ area with 6 grills - perfect for summer hangouts
Sun deck with amazing city views
Parking is available if you need it ($180/month)
Pet-friendly (I dont have pets, but you can bring yours!)
The neighborhood is amazing:
I walk to Whole Foods, H-Mart, and Marianos for groceries
So many food options - theres even restaurants in the building!
Close to Chicago Riverwalk, The Bean, and Willis Tower
Great transit options and easy highway access
