You can move to the room as early as May 9th. You will be responsible for paying rent from June. There is a desk, single size bed frame, refrigerator, and microwave in my room. If you need any of these, I can give you any of these for free if you want. Youll pay only $460 every month, while you will have to pay $520 if you rent the same room from the official leasing site.
