It has laundry in-unit, a fully enclosed/lockable garage parking spot, quiet and delightful neighbors, and a cute backyard with citrus trees and a lot of slowly-progressing gardening going on. Well-behaved and quiet pets are welcome!

Asking $550/week (=$2200/month) all utilities included.

Things that might be dealbreakers for some people:
-No dishwasher
-No central air (AC unit only)
-Lots of plants (if you arent good at taking care of plants this is not the place for you. I will probably ask for references on this because I would hate to come back to a house full of dead greenery).
