The properties is near many grocery stores, bars, and shops. Theirs is two subways nearby Mont royal and Sherbrooke. The neighbourhood is really nice and our apartment is situated on the plateau. Our apartment has 5 bedroom 2 in the basement. The room I rent is on the top floor, we have 2 bathrooms 1 on the top floor and another in the basement. There is also a terrace. We are currently looking for other roommate to sub lease the apartment for the summer semester so you may have from 0 to maximum 4 roommate
