This is well-decorated, clean, and charming apartment in the Riverdale section of the Bronx is available from July 1, 2025 to August 15, 2025. Close to Manhattan University, University of Mount Saint Vincent, the beautiful Van Cortlandt Park, the 1 train, and I-87. Its a short ride on the 1 to Columbia University and City College. Lots of great restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance. There are also supermarkets, pharmacies, and a wonderful weekly farmers market on Sundays. I am traveling over the summer and would like a responsible person who wants to spend some time in NYC to stay in my apartment. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a smaller bedroom with a twin bed.
