The building has:

- packages are stored for you and you can drop outgoing mail at the front desk

- private courtyard (for the building) with bbq equipment/grills
- laundry on the same floor
- great building maintenance (plumbing or apartment repairs)
- pet and family friendly
- close walk to the 7 train (1 stop from Manhattan/Grand Central stop)

You get a lot of natural sunlight, when weather permits. My favorite thing about the unit is that theres a view of the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings (from the living room and bedroom).

The unit will be furnished.

The location is right by the SHI sushi restaurant in Long Island City!
