Im relocating for work and need someone to take over my apartment lease.

Location: Formation Apartments 2040 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257 ~5 min drive from Old Town / ~10 min drive from Fashion Square Mall
-Unit: 1 bed / 1 bath, ~686 sq ft, second floor, in-unit washer/dryer, balcony overlooking courtyard pool.
-Condition: brand new, I was the first tenant!
-Community: gated, pool, gym w/ cardio equipment/squat racks/free weights/yoga room, covered parking.
-Lease term left: June 1 August 26 (renew direct with office after).
-Rent: ~$1682/month
-Deposit: standard deposit applies; youll submit directly to the office.
-Furnishings: currently fully furnished. Want anything (TV, bed, couch, etc.)? Let me know.
-Pets: allowed with pet fee.

Once youre approved by the office and Im officially released from liability, Ill Venmo/Zelle you $500 as a thank-you for taking over. Well get this in writing.

What you do
1. Tour the unit (in-person or video).
2. Apply through the leasing office (credit/background per usual).
3. Sign the Lease Assignment paperwork.
4. Collect $500 from me the day the office confirms your liability, and my release of liability.

What I do
-Cover the assignment fee (if any).
-Coordinate showings around your schedule.
-Pay you $500!
