Hey everyone! Im looking for someone to take over my lease at Reflections Apartments near USF/HCC. Due to life changes, Im reassigning my spot and hoping to find someone reliable and respectful to take it over ASAP. Heres everything you need to know:

1 Bed/1 Bath in 4x4 shared apartment

Private bedroom & bathroom

Fully furnished

Washer & dryer in unit

Utilities included in rent (confirm and adjust if needed)

Gated community with pool, gym, clubhouse for studying, basketball court and more

Bus Stop is right in front of the Community

Pet-friendly

What Youll Pay:
$55 application fee

$1000 security deposit (Can be waived with an approved guarantor who: is 27+, makes 3x rent, and passes credit/background checks)

If you have a guarantor, Ill also submit their information.

What Ill Cover:
$300 lease reassignment fee (paid before move-out) to officially release me from the lease.
