Im looking for a (1-2) girlies to take over the rest of my lease from June 1st- July 25th (Can start end of May as well!)

I currently reside at The Lux on Capitol, a building primarily housing students that was recently bought out by Purdue. Floors 6-11 are mostly IU Indianapolis students.

I live in a 4 bed/4 bath unit on the 8th floor! Youll have your own bathroom and a furnished room that includes a bed, desk, chair, and four-drawer dresser. I share the apartment with three other girls, including my sister, who is also looking for a subletter. One of my roommates is an anthropology grad student ( she has a cat who is the cutest), and the other roommate is a psychology undergrad student and looking to go to law school.

Although the lease is short-term, its perfect for anyone with a summer internship nearby, students taking summer classes at IU or Purdue Indy, or anyone just looking to enjoy downtown Indianapolis during the summer. Im sad to leave so early but excited to find someone who will enjoy my space as much as I have.

The rent is $799, which includes garage parking (utilities not included in this price). Our complex has a pool open in the summer, a basketball court, grill areas, a fire pit, and a 24/7 accessible gym and yoga room. Plus, were literally right across from Kroger!
