Im subletting my private room in a 3B/1B in LES from early May to early July! Im moving out to live alone and the lease starts a bit earlier so Im looking for someone who can stay the rest of the duration of my current lease.

About the room/apartment:

Rent is $2165/month plus utilities, usually around $55, but asking for $1700 and willing to negotiate!
4 minute walk to the Delancey-Essex F/M/J/Z stop
10 minute walk from Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Chinatown
Youll be living with two lovely girls in their early 20s
Female roommate only sorryyyy
Laundromat is a block away
The room is spacious with a closet and has a nook that fits a desk
Im planning on taking my bed and mattress but am willing to sell it (for a reasonable price) and leave it if youd like!
