I am looking to sublet my apartment from June 1st to August 31st. It is a great studio apartment with a full bathroom located in the Beacon Hill area (very nice location with walking distance to Boston Commons, MGH, and tons of great resturants, bars, etc). There is also both a laundromat and a laundry service less than one block away.
Rent is $2200/month and includes all utilities except for electric and internet.
It does come unfurnished, but am willing to sell some of my furnture for a very cheap price if needed, as well as leave some behind for free (as I am moving out of state).
