Rent is $1550 a month not counting gas, electricity, or internet (water included with rent. Its a well maintained building with dishwasher, basement laundry, window air conditioning unit, and beautiful hardwood floors. Very convenient location across the street from a CVS and grocery store, 5 min to the orange line, green line E, and relevant buses. Also 10 min from Hynes Convention Center stop. Only roommates would be me (23M) and my cat :)
