The room is in a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment between Petworth and Columbia Heights. Youll have your own bedroom (unfurnished) and share a bathroom with one other roommate only.

Im looking for a female to take over my lease (This is a girls-only apt) from May 1st to July 31st, with the option to move in as early as April 26th and to renew the lease if you want to stay longer.
Rent is $1000/month, excluding utilities (which is up to $100 including biweekly cleaning of the whole apt, wifi, gas, water, and electricity depending on usage). The room comes unfurnished (but I can leave it furnished upon request.

The location is on the 11th ST NW.
