Looking to sublet my 1 bedroom apartment. Lease is valid until the end of January 2026, subleasing is required until then. Tenant will need to sign a lease with the management and they will run a credit and background check. Security deposit is $500.

Its a spacious layout with high ceilings, large windows and plenty of storage space. Rent is $1671 plus utilities. Has in-unit washer/dryer, A/C, Heater, a walk-in closet and a hallway closet. Garage parking is available for an additional $220 or street parking is an option as well.

Building has a gym, bike storage and roof top lounge.

Move in-date can be flexible. I currently live here and would like to move out by end of April or early May.
