Somerville Sublet: Seeking 2 roommates! Hey Boston people, my fiance and I are moving out of our 3-bedroom apartment and are looking for to take on the rest of our lease through August. We live in a 2nd and 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment with 2 parking spaces and a detached garage. Rent is about $1200/person.
There are two rooms available, perfect for either a couple or two roommates looking for separate rooms. One room is on the top floor of the apartment and has a private bathroom and closet. The other room shares a bathroom with our current roommate (mid-20s girl). There is a shared common area, kitchen, and in-house washer/dryer. Also plenty of storage space. The apartment is pet-friendly, and the neighbors are very quiet and respectful. Its a wonderful place to live, and its incredibly affordable compared to other options in the area.
