Subletting for June & July

Hey Ames & ISU folks!

Im graduating and moving in May, so Im subletting my bedroom with a private bathroom for June and July in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment.

About the Apartment:
Private bedroom & bathroom No need to share.
Spacious bedroom with a closet & a mirror attached to the door
Only one other roommate (a male ISU student) We kept one room empty for extra space and privacy!
Quiet, clean, and student-friendly environment
Rent: $420/month (we originally paid $500 each, but Im offering a discount!)
Furnished & Ready to Use!
Parking included Outdoor parking available for the apartment.

Youre free to use most of the shared furniture and kitchen appliances my roommate and I have already bought together.
Includes a two-person air fryer, other small appliances, and essentialsso you can save on extra costs!
For my bedroom: I can leave some items for free, and if youre interested, Ill also be selling some larger pieces.

Great Location East Ames
Close to Hy-Vee, Hobby Lobby, Pizza Hut, Great Clips, and more stores
12-15 min bus ride to ISU campus (Blue Route Bus #3)
Bus stop just 2-3 min walk from the apartment
10-12 min walk to Downtown Ames
Utilities:

All included, except electricity, which has cost us a max of $20 per person per month

Pet Fee is 50$ each month.
