Hi, Im subletting my one bedroom condo, approx 560ft, very spacious, lots of windows with Manoa valley and DIamond head views, very bright and breezy - ceiling fans very rarely used, however the bedroom does have an AC unit if needed. im doing a monthly sublease, 2-3 months preferred up to 5 months max. Assigned parking stall included, but plenty street parking also available. Centrally located across the Ala Wai park. 20 minute walk to Waikiki, as well as Kapahulu Ave. No smoking allowed please - personal and also the building does not allow it. $1 Laundry located on every floor, as well as a trash chute. Secure entrance. WiFi and utilities included. Fridge includes ice maker, and filtered water system installed in the kitchen.
Pets ok, as long as they are potty trained due to rugs. Would appreciate no shoes on rugs as well :)
