Im graduating and moving out, so Im looking for a student to take over my lease for a private, spacious, furnished room in a welcoming international student house just minutes from OSU.

This space is perfect for summer interns, short-term stays, or as a transitional place while you search for long-term housing. The lease runs through August 31, with the option to extend beyond that date if youd like to stay longer.

Rent: $775/month (includes all utilities & WiFi)
Security Deposit plus the rent for last month needed before moving in
Optional OffStreet Parking Spot: $40/month
Sublease Period: May 1 August 31 (4 months left) (early move-in on April 28 is OK)

- Private room (~220 sqft)
- Fully furnished: bed, desk, chair

- The house has 3 bathrooms. One is a dorm-style shared bathroom with multiple stalls, and the other two are regular home-style bathrooms.

About the House:
Youll be living with friendly, respectful OSU students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Its a peaceful, study-friendly environment not a party house. Although this isnot a male-only house, all current housemates happen to bemale. One housemate speaks friendly, and communication is generally in English. The landlord (also an OSU student) lives in the basement and is very responsive to any questions or issues.
