Im looking for someone to sublease my apartment from April 1st to July 31st with the possibility to take over the lease.

- Location : Parkview 127 E Hamilton Avenue. Its about 15 min walk to Old Main (and about 10 to Downtown), 20 min walk to Weis Market and there is a bus stop right next to the building.

- Furnished 1 bedroom-1 bathroom apartment on the third floor, remodeled last year. You can find the ad here https://www.brickworkproperties.com/state-college/parkview/student/ although they did not update the video tour.

- Rent is $1,539 per month with most utilities (internet, water, trash etc) included, I only pay for electricity ($20 to $30 per month) and cable TV.

- Furniture includes sofa, table, chairs, desk, bed frame and mattress. There is also one closet in the bedroom and one in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with brand new (now 7 months usage) refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Theres also air conditioning and a laundry room downstairs with two washing machines and two driers.

- A parking spot can be rented for an additional charge as well.
- Pets are allowed although Im not sure how it works with the rental company.
