Looking for someone to take over my lease in downtown Jersey City in an amenity building right above the path station which has 7 months left starting 9/1/24 and ending 4/1/25. You will also have an option to renew the lease following the 7 month period (this will be handled directly with the building). I am offering a $1500 incentive which will take care of your $1000 security deposit and $500 admin fee. I will either give you a check, Zelle, or Venmo (your preference) upon executing the lease transfer. Additionally, there is a $975 amenity fee which is paid for throughout the end of the lease and will be at no additional charge to you for the 7 months. There is also 1 free Base Gym membership included with the lease and any additional memberships can be purchased at a heavily discounted rate of $500 a year. The unit has an in unit washer/dryer, a walk in closet in the bedroom and is south facing with a perfect, unobstructed view of the Statue of Liberty and Hudson River. It is a corner unit so there is plenty of sunlight as well. The unit is not furnished but if there is any piece of furniture you would like to keep when you come to see the apartment just let me know. The current market rate for this unit is $4135 so this is an amazing deal given you will be able to renew at the $3520 rate as well. The deadline for this lease transfer is 6/30 as the building will then take over the listing as we need to give them 60 days notice and the rent will jump to the $4135 market rate (your move in/rent will still kick in on 9/1).
