Hello, I am looking for a subleaser for the months of June to August. The apartment is at Bierman Place Apartments, located in Dinkytown. The available room, highlighted in red on the floorplan, and the bathroom, marked in green, is part of a 4-bedroom apartment on the third floor. Rent is $695 a month, with electricity as the only separate utility. Youll be sharing the bathroom with Alex, whos pretty chill. Partial furnishing is provided, including an XL twin bed with frame and mattress, study desk, and wardrobe. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, and microwave; and theres a laundry room available on each floor. Move-in is available on May 10. Please DM if interested!!

The apartment complex offers surface and garage parking (for $105 - $150) and has a fitness center. The number 3 bus line is right next to the apartment, which will take you straight to the university within 10 min. The METRO GREEN line that connects you from Downtown MPLS to Downtown Saint Paul and to the METRO Blue line is 0.6 miles away. Within 0.3 miles, you can also find Bus lines for the 2,6,120,122 and 123. Target is just a 2-minute walk away.
If I had to describe this place in one word, it would be Reliable. The room came in pretty good condition and our appliances work well. On the occasion that they didnt, maintenance came in to fix it within 1-2 days after submitting a request.
