Hi! I am subleasing my apartment (looking to sublease for one or two rooms) for $465/each. It is less than 5 minutes away from UTRGV (great for college students but also family friendly). The apartment is shared with 4 roommates total. With a shared kitchen and living room (both fully furnished). Each individual has their own private room, restroom, and closet (all fully furnished as well).
