If you or a friend are looking for a place to stay in the Twin Cities this summer, I have an opening for an apartment bedroom in the Mac Groveland area, starting from June 1 until August 18th. Upon subletting, you would have access to your own private bedroom, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning, a living room, and washing and drying units included. In addition to these amenities, the apartment is located right across the street from Macalester College, and is conveniently equipped with nearby restaurants and grocery stores, including a Whole Foods down the street, a MyBurger next door, and much more. While the bedroom is private, the living space will be shared with three other current residents, and therefore we are hoping to find applicants open to these accommodations.
