I am subleasing my bedroom in a 2 bed-2 bath apartment at the Woodlands of College Station for the summer 2024. The sublease contract will begin on June 1st and end on July 22nd. The total monthly payment is $755, and includes the following items:
- Rent: $702
- Furniture fee: $40
- Mandatory Renters Insurance: $13

Included with the rent payment: High-speed internet, water and sewer, and maintenance service.

Not included with rent: Electricity, which oscillates between $50 to $85+ (depending on the AC usage).

The potential renter will also have to pay a $300 subleasing administrative fee to me directly, while all the other fees are paid to the Landlord directly, after signing the subleasing contract. Rent is paid between the 1st and the 3rd of each month.

The potential renter could be either male or female. I have a male roommate (TAMU graduate), who is very nice and chill.
