I am renting a single room out in my little beach-adjacent bungalow that I share with my close friend, Allison. Its an old home, but its cozy and street parking is easy. The sunset views are unreal. Im allergic to dogs and cats, so no pets please. Allison and I are working professionals, but we like to have a more familial type of vibe.
