Has a huge back yard with mostly dirt. House is located on the corner of the Cul de sac in an excellent neighborhood. Two car garage and all newer appliances. Granite kitchen and a pretty much maintenance free front yard. Deposit is $2200 and the credit application fee is $25 per responsible 18 and over. I am the owner and I make the decision on who lives in my home. Will need proof of income and definitely dont want any people who dont pay there bills. The neighborhood is real tight and they tend to dine you out if you are not a good neighbor. My last tenants were here 6 years and I prefer long term tenants. Immediate move in and if youre in town even better because I meet in person to collect applications and make my decisions. Best part about my home is the elementary and middle school that is a minute away. Parents lie to get their kids into these schools. Also, high school is about 3 miles away.
