Hello! Im looking for someone to take over my lease for my room in a lovely house in Lower Allston. Dates are July 1 through August 31. Rent is $1,101.87 per month (plus utilities) and the landlord requires first, last, and security deposit. The four housemates are all graduate students and easy going professionals. You would only share a bathroom with one other person. The place was totally renovated in 2015, and we have a huge kitchen and a wonderful sunlit glassed-in front porch as well as central AC and in-unit laundry! The house is just a five-minute walk to Trader Joes, Starbucks, and very close to Harvard Business School, Harvard Square, and great restaurants in Allston. Reach out to me via message if interested!
