I live on a quiet street with mostly easy going families and graduate students, its really safe with police department nearby. The building has great facilities, fitness room, swimming pool, common room are on the ground floor. I love when I woke up with morning sunshine and go across street to get Starbucks then come back to do some workout. Trader joe, Target, FiveGuys, Pret, they are all 10 minutes by walk. Transportation is convenient, York Street and Jay Street Metro subway station, you can get there by 10 minutes walking.
