I am subletting my room for the summer. It is filled with sunlight during the day, i will leave my mattress, desk, side table and there is a built in closet space. My current roomate will be living in the appartment during the summer too. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen/living room area and a roof patio with a view of Boston !
