Hello there! I am looking to sublease/relet my space in a 3-bedroom apartment. I have two lease options available for the bedroom furthest to the left.
1.June 2024 - August 2024
2.September 2024 - August 2025
Please let me know if you are interested in either option. The Accolade does not allow sublease contracts, so they have relets. This process is essentially a lease takeover, so you would be signing a takeover contract with The Accolade and paying through them, not us. If you and any other people would like to take over multiple beds, do not hesitate to reach out, as all three beds are available for both lease options.

Rent:
$1600 per person, per month for the summer 2024 contract.
$1660 per person, per month for the september 2024 - august 2025 (under market value of 1695, secured via resign deal)

Perks:
The Accolade is located less than a 10 minute walk from the UW campus and about a 5 minute walk to the Link Station. Additionally, there are many bus stations in close proximity. There is a 24/7 gym, access to a free printer, a sky lounge on the 21st floor, study lounge, and a library. The study lounge has private study rooms as well. Packages are securely stored in a mailroom. Trash chutes are available on every floor. There is a high security presence which includes a night guard, video cameras, key fobs to enter the lobby, the elevator, stairs, gym, and lounges.

The Apartment:
Included in this relet is a private bedroom furnished with a bedframe, mattress, two dressers with two drawers each, a desk with two drawers, and an office chair. Each bedroom door can be locked. The unit has stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The shared space is furnished with a chair, 3-4 person sofa, coffee table, media center, flat-screen TV, and 3 bar stools. You will be located on the 2nd floor, which is an easy trip up the stairs or a short trip up the elevator! Wifi is included and free. AC and heat are available to use.
