Hi! I am looking to sublet my room from May 15-July 31st. Move-in date flexible. Large and sunny 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with bonus sun-room.
Open to female college student, graduate student, or easy going professional. Rent is $1550/month. Heat/hot water included in rent. Laundry in basement of conjoined building. Apartment is furnished, room can be furnished (as is) or unfurnished.
This is really an awesome place and roommate is a super nice and chill female grad student. Just looking for someone who can take it over for the summer as I am moving. Potential to sign on for next year too if you want to.
